Content & Social Media Manager

As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll focus on coaching and developing our sales team. You'll help employees build their personal brands, create high-converting content, and grow their fan base and following. You'll run content training sessions, review and improve their posts, and build systems for consistent content creation.

• Coach employees to build their personal brands on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
• Help the sales team create high-converting content that grows their following
• Run content training sessions and teach what works and why
• Review and improve team members' posts with actionable feedback
• Build systems and workflows for consistent content creation
• Develop strategies to grow each employee's fan base and reach

• Already strong on social media — especially Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
• Proven track record of growing accounts
• Natural teacher and coach — patient and able to explain what works and why
• Experience in personal branding or helping others grow their presence is a big plus
• Organized and able to build repeatable content systems
• Hourly: $30–$50 per hour
