The RolePinger is seeking a talented and curious Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
You’ll work with our Marketing, Growth, and Social teams, combining strong design fundamentals, original creative thinking, and demonstrable, hands‑on expertise with generative AI to support the production of static and motion Marketing assets that effectively communicate our brand narratives across Pinger’s web properties, social profiles, in‑app campaigns, and paid acquisition channels. You’ll also help Pinger develop smarter, faster, and more responsible AI‑enabled creative workflows.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize and develop high-quality static and motion assets for our brands’ digital properties in an inspired and visually arresting manner, including: websites and landing pages, app stores, in-app communications for lifecycle marketing and paid acquisition, social media, and other marketing media.
- Publish and update content in Word Press and support routine maintenance of marketing web properties.
- Create visual and motion assets for lifecycle and paid acquisition efforts.
- Create performance ads for You Tube, Meta platforms, and Tik Tok.
- Create motion and video content for organic social use, with particular emphasis on You Tube, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok, and Instagram Reels.
- Adapt and resize ad/social creative for multiple dimensions, placements, markets, and file formats without compromising quality.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently delivering accurate, production‑ready assets on schedule.
- Design with accessibility in mind, including legibility, hierarchy, color contrast, captions, and the needs of audiences across devices and platforms.
- Use generative AI as an integral part of the creative workflow to explore concepts, develop visual directions, create and edit imagery, generate variations, and accelerate production.
- Apply strong art direction and hands‑on design craft to refine AI‑assisted work, ensuring every final asset feels intentional, original, and consistent with Pinger’s brand standards.
- Review AI‑assisted work for visual artifacts, factual inaccuracies, bias, inappropriate representation, brand risk, and potential intellectual‑property concerns before publication.
- Build reusable prompts, reference libraries, templates, skills, and repeatable workflows that improve creative consistency and production efficiency across several departments.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical additions to Pinger’s creative toolkit based on quality, cont rollability, workflow fit, security, and commercial‑use considerations.
- Follow company policies governing confidential information, customer data, intellectual property, model usage, representation, disclosure, and content provenance.
- Present concepts and works in progress to stakeholders, explain creative decisions, receive feedback constructively, and translate that feedback into thoughtful final work.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing partners to evaluate creative performance, identify patterns, and apply learnings to future concepts and iterations.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, including a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual exploration, brand design, website & landing page development, digital ad campaign work, and social media collateral.
