As an intermediate-level specialist at Tactycs, you will manage clients' paid advertising accounts, primarily on Google Ads and Meta. Your experience in campaign management and creative design will be crucial for driving measurable results. You’ll also collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure optimal campaign performance and creative relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage paid ad campaigns in Google Ads and Meta

• Optimize accounts focusing on CPA, ROAS, and lead quality

• Set up and QA conversion tracking for accurate data

• Diagnose issues and provide creative performance recommendations

• Report campaign performance clearly to clients and teams

Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

• Strong analytical skills for performance metrics

• Knowledge of conversion tracking tools and measurement

• Portfolio showcasing video and graphic ads

• Familiarity with CMS for landing page creation
