Associate Director, HCP Marketing

Role:
Associate Director, HCP Marketing supporting commercialization of COMP
360 psilocybin for mental health indications, including TRD and PTSD.

• develop and execute HCP marketing strategies encompassing field materials, congress activities, digital campaigns, market research, and stakeholder collaboration;
• manage agency/vendor relationships, project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics;
• ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards;
• collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other teams to drive HCP awareness and education.

• bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field;
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma marketing, specifically in HCP engagement, specialty therapeutics, or CNS, with experience supporting market research, brand planning, and omnichannel marketing;
• strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, promotional review processes, and regulatory considerations.

• focus on CNS/psychiatry, late-stage clinical program support, digital and media promotion, cross-sectional stakeholder collaboration, remote work on the US East Coast, with an emphasis at mental health innovation and investigational therapeutics.
