We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Podcast Outreach Specialist to join our team part-time. This role plays a key part in supporting our clients by identifying high-value podcast opportunities and crafting tailored pitches that align each client’s expertise with the unique voice and audience of the podcast host.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully pitching clients—or themselves—for podcast interviews. You thrive on matching compelling stories with the right audiences and understand the importance of nuance in every outreach effort. While we provide a pitch template framework for each client, every pitch is customized. Our most successful outreach specialists are exceptional storytellers, proactive connectors, and writers with outstanding written communication skills.

Collaboration:

You’ll collaborate with our Account Manager and Account Admin

• Curate targeted podcast lists tailored to each client’s expertise and goals
• Write and send customized, strategic pitches to podcast hosts
• Build and nurture relationships with podcast hosts and producers
• Support our internal team in ensuring seamless communication and high-quality results
• Help maintain our standard of excellence and our reputation in the podcast booking space

• Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand each client’s goals, messaging, and positioning and tailor outreach strategies effectively.
• Draft and submit a monthly curated podcast pitch list using our internal database, tools, and external podcast research.
• Proactively research and vet new podcast opportunities aligned with each client’s expertise and target audience.
• Manage and execute each client’s monthly outreach, including sending and following up on 15–20 tailored pitches.
• Maintain and exceed outreach KPIs:
• Podcast Acceptance Rate (after second follow-up): 30%
• Client Renewal Rate (where applicable): 50%
• Transition accepted interview requests to the Client Admin for scheduling and follow-through.
• Use pitch data to inform messaging and pitching strategy
• Participate in monthly team meetings to brainstorm and refine outreach strategies across all client accounts.
