Head of Product, AI Enablement; Fully Remote

• Own the product agenda for how AI creates real, measurable value across Awin.
• Translate AI capability into shipped product outcomes, not experiments.
• Define where AI genuinely changes the economics or experience of our product.

What you'll own:

• Product strategy for AI-driven value, prioritising value creation and capture.
• Convert AI capability into a prioritised, sequenced product agenda with clear outcomes.
• Lead a product team, hire and develop talent, and own budget and people decisions.

Who you are:

• Product leader with technical fluency, outcome-obsessed, and commercially sharp.
• Credible with engineering and a builder of teams, not just plans.

What success looks like:

• A clear, prioritised AI product agenda in place; first initiatives shipped with measurable adoption.
• A functioning product team; multiple AI-enabled capabilities live and driving demonstrable business outcomes.
• AI is a defining, differentiated part of Awin's product experience.
