Director, Corporate Communications and Brand; Fully Remote

• Lead Model N's corporate communications, public relations, and branding efforts.
• Work closely with executive leadership, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Internal Communications.
• Shape how Model N is perceived by customers, prospects, partners, media, industry leaders, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own external communications, PR activities, thought leadership content, and executive visibility programs.
• Drive brand strategy, visual identity, messaging framework, and governance across all touchpoints.
• Lead organic and paid social media strategies, plus manage agency relationships and budgets.

What Success Looks Like:

• Build understanding of the business, customers, and industry, and establish trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
• Strengthen market visibility and credibility through strategic communications, media relations, and executive engagement.
• Support major company initiatives including product launches, key events, and M&A with comprehensive communication plans.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, brand marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience with executive communications, brand governance, and agency management.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
