The Senior Paid Media Strategist will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to ensure we're exceeding our clients' goals and expectations. In this role, you will meet directly with large or enterprise clients to discuss strategy, review paid performance, and realign on growth objectives. You'll bring the passion and drive to analyze data and develop actionable solutions to continuously improve campaign results.

As a subject matter expert, you will be strategic, detail-oriented, client-facing, and data-driven.

• Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, Meta, and other ad networks aligned with their established paid media goals
• Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over-delivery
• Analyze paid campaign performance to develop and implement strategies to continually improve performance
• Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns
• Effectively communicate campaign results and any strategy changes to stakeholders
• Conduct and communicate competitive client research, develop and implement strategies to position clients in front of their competitors
• Provide recommendations on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance
• Mentor junior members of the team
• Share expertise in all utilized ad-serving platforms and share that knowledge with the rest of the Paid Media team
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to identify areas of inefficiency within the processes and strategy of the Paid Media team
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and lead Paid Media team trainings and host office hours
• Train new hires to ensure they can successfully fill their role and responsibilities
• Additional job duties as assigned by management

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Media, preferrable within a fast-paced marketing agency setting
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
• Experience with AdPulse and Optmyzer experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in ad management tools and performance-driven campaigns required
• Experience in developing performance presentations, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis to drive measurable results
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with conflicting priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
