Pro Flow Marketing is a US-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping gyms and fitness studios grow. We generate qualified leads through online advertising and book them directly into our clients’ calendars.

Here’s what makes us different: I’m not a marketer who picked fitness as a niche. I owned and operated a gym for 11 years, built the systems that let it run without me, and sold it. Now I run Pro Flow, and I work with gym owners the way I wish agencies had worked with me.

I’m hiring a right hand. Someone who keeps my business organized, communicates clearly, and grows into more responsibility as they prove themselves. Not a task rabbit.

Managing the founder’s inbox, calendar, and daily priorities

Turning recorded video walkthroughs into clean, organized SOPs

Keeping our CRM (Go High Level ) pipelines clean and up to date

Preparing and polishing client communication

Being the go-to person who knows where everything is and what happens next

Confident Communicator. Advanced English (C1 or higher), spoken and written. You’ll verify this with a short video in the application.

Organized to a Fault. You build structure where there isn’t any, and you never let things fall through the cracks.

Strong Problem Solver. When something breaks or a process hits a wall, you figure it out. You bring solutions, not just questions.

Tech-Savvy. Comfortable with Go High Level , Slack, and Google Sheets, or able to learn tools fast.

Proactive, High Ownership. You spot what needs to happen before being asked, flag problems before they become fires, and take initiative to improve things.

Bonus:
You understand social media. You know what’s trending, what performs, and you can tell good content from bad at a glance.

Bonus:
Interest in or knowledge of the fitness industry.

Fiber or high-speed internet ’ll include a speed test screenshot in your application.

A backup plan for power or internet outages (mobile hotspot on a different carrier, UPS, or access to a coworking space)

Full availability during the work schedule below

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time, US).

These are fixed hours. Before applying, confirm this window works as a sustainable long-term schedule in your timezone.

Base Pay: $1,000 to $1,400 USD per month, based on experience

Performance Bonuses:
Paid on top of base

The Growth Path:
This role starts as the founder’s Executive Assistant. Prove excellent communication and customer service, and you’ll step into a client-facing Account Coordinator role with a pay increase. For the right person, that happens within 6 to 12 months. We promote from within, and we do it aggressively.
