Grüns is seeking a highly senior Growth Marketer to lead international paid media across UK, EU, Canada, and ANZ. You will own campaigns, tracking, and playbooks, then build a team around what works.
You will manage end-to-end measurement (CAPI, GA4), ensure GDPR-compliant tracking, and scale spend while maintaining CAC and LTV/CAC. This role is remote with international collaboration and quarterly in-person offsites.
