Global Commercial Lead for ALS & Rett gene therapies, responsible for developing and executing the worldwide commercialization strategy with a focus on US market.
Responsibilities- create target product profiles
- integrate commercial insights into clinical development and manufacturing
- partner with field teams, market access, patient services, advocacy, and medical affairs
- monitor competitive landscape
- build revenue forecasts
- lead a high-performing marketing team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science
- 12+ years in biopharma marketing, with experience in gene or cell therapy launches
- deep understanding of in vivo/ex vivo therapies, strong leadership, analytical, and strategic skills
- excellent collaboration, communication, and influence abilities
- experience in neurology/neuro disorders
- gene therapy, neuro indications, ALS and Rett, global market strategy, US focus, remote work with up to 20% travel
