Paid Media Manager

As position titles often vary across companies, this position is best suited for a multi-disciplinary campaign manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing Paid Media campaigns, primarily within the Google Ads suite, but comfortable with Paid Social too.

• Annual Salary = $70,000 - $75,000
• Recent Agency Experience Required - Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role
• Client-Facing Role: Campaign managers are responsible for independently leading all client communications pertaining to campaigns.

PBJ Marketing, a rapidly growing, full-service digital marketing agency, is looking to hire a Paid Media Manager with prior experience in digital marketing. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and tenacious individual who is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

Our Paid Media Manager will serve as their client's POC and digital marketing strategist, developing and managing a portfolio of PPC accounts and marketing campaigns, building great relationships, managing projects and deliverables, and growing accounts. You’ll serve as the client’s representative to our internal team and as the face of PBJ Marketing in all client interactions.

• Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with clients on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
• Develop multi-channel, fully integrated Paid Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies, including Search, Display, Social, Video, etc.
• Leverage several online and offline tools to carry out analysis and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
• Actively test and analyze paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI
• Execute and analyze monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports
• Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities
• Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends
• Manage one direct report with full accountability for performance, development, and day-to-day support, with the opportunity to help scale and mentor a growing team as the department expands.

• 5+ years of experience working on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping), Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social advertising (Tik Tok Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads)
• Expertise in customer journeys and proven experience in growing brand awareness and ROI.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant major.
• At least 3 years of recent agency experience in a client-facing role is required.
• Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
