High Level seeks a Director, Customer Growth & Activation to architect a new lifecycle motion for customers, starting from onboarding to expansion. You will own the journey, plays, and enablement layer, building a small cross-functional team drawn from existing customer care and related groups.
You’ll partner with Product Growth, Marketing, Revenue Growth and Support to define cohort boundaries, funnel definitions, and platform fixes. This is a remote-first role in a fast-paced SaaS company.
