Foundant is growing its presence in the UK and European philanthropic sector, and we're looking for a hands‑on marketing generalist to build our audience, presence, and pipeline in the region — growing our UK and EU contact list, building partnerships that extend our reach, running in‑market events, and producing the content that drives demand generation, primarily focused on the UK with an eye toward EU expansion.

We're looking for someone with 7+ years of experience working independently across B2B SaaS tech (extra points for experience in the funding or philanthropic world), comfortable owning a full remit — from demand gen and list building to campaign execution, live events, and editorial output — without a large immediate team.

List building & marketing partnerships

• Grow Foundant's UK and EU contact list and pipeline through organic and partnership-driven channels, with GDPR‑compliant list‑building practices.
• Identify, pitch, and manage co‑marketing and channel partnerships with sector associations, philanthropy networks, and complementary vendors to extend reach across the UK and into Europe.
• Build relationships with UK and European philanthropy influencers, associations, and media — including membership bodies, to widen distribution for Foundant content and events and support European positioning.

Events on the ground

• Plan and run in‑person events across the UK and near EU, from lunch and learns to larger panels and support conference presences end to end (venue, logistics, speakers, promotion, follow‑up).
• Represent Foundant at relevant UK and European industry conferences and sector gatherings.
• Develop demand‑generation content specific to the UK and European philanthropic sector: eBooks, webinars, panels, reports, and blog posts.
• Either write this content directly or manage freelance/contract writers to produce it, depending on volume and specialization needed.
