fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.
As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.
About this role:fal is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute high-impact programs that deepen engagement with our most important enterprise accounts and turn field marketing into a meaningful driver of pipeline and revenue.
You’ll partner closely with Sales to understand territory priorities, strategic accounts, and active opportunities, then translate those priorities into thoughtful field and ABM programs. Your portfolio may include executive dinners and round tables, customer gatherings, account-specific experiences, partner activations, third-party conferences, and repeatable sales-led programs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great field marketing is more than running events: it’s creating the right programs for the right accounts at the right moment in the sales cycle and making sure there is a clear path from engagement to business impact.
Location is flexible within the US, with travel required based on the event calendar.
What you’ll do
Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to build field marketing plans aligned to priority accounts, territories, pipeline, and revenue goals
Own ABM events and experiences for priority accounts, in partnership with Sales and Growth Marketing.
Own a portfolio of field programs including executive round tables, dinners, customer gatherings, workshops, partner activations, and other high-touch experiences
Evaluate third-party conferences and sponsorship opportunities based on audience quality, account coverage, business objectives, and expected impact
Build activation strategies around priority industry events, including executive programming, customer moments, meetings, dinners, and surrounding experiences
Partner with Sales on account targeting, invitation strategy, meeting generation, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing programs and joint events that extend fal’s reach into priority accounts and audiences
Build repeatable, lightweight programs that allow Sales to activate key markets and accounts without requiring a bespoke event every time
Manage event and program execution end-to-end, including budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, logistics, and onsite delivery
Partner across Product Marketing, Creative, Community, Partnerships, Marketing Ops, and other teams to deliver cohesive programs
Measure program performance across target-account engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, deal progression, and revenue impact
Capture learnings and build scalable playbooks, processes, and reporting as fal’s field marketing motion grows
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ABM, demand generation, or integrated marketing, ideally in enterprise technology
Experience building field marketing programs in close partnership with enterprise Sales teams
Strong understanding of ABM and how marketing programs can support different stages of the enterprise buying journey
A track record of executing events and experiences tied to account engagement, pipeline, or revenue objectives
