Social Media and Partnership Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing international DTC consumer brand to hire a Social Media & Partnership Manager.

A highly hands-on role owning Instagram as the lead brand channel
, alongside influencer, creator, gifting, partnerships and affiliate activity.

• Own organic social strategy across Instagram, with Linked In as a secondary channel
• Create content yourself, including ideation, filming, presenting and editing
• Own the content calendar and community management
• Work with content and paid teams across Instagram and Tik Tok
• Manage influencer and creator relationships end-to-end
• Build an always-on gifting and seeding programme across outdoor, travel, active and lifestyle
• Lead brand partnerships and collaborations
• Own the Instagram affiliate programme and grow social commerce
• Track performance across organic, influencer, partnerships and affiliate
• Stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Opportunity to travel for shoots as the brand expands internationally

• 3+ years' experience in organic social / social media
• Ideally from a DTC, ecommerce or consumer brand
• Proven experience growing an Instagram community
• Strong hands-on content creation skills across filming, presenting and editing
• Experience with influencers, creators, gifting and/or partnerships
• Commercially minded, with evidence of generating measurable reach, engagement and/or revenue
• Creative, highly organised and comfortable owning a channel end-to-end
• Strong relationship builder with a genuine understanding of social culture and trends
