Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing based in United States.

This role owns the paid acquisition strategy end-to-end, with direct responsibility for channel mix, budgets, campaigns, creative strategy, and agency partnerships. You will manage an eight-figure annual media budget while optimizing performance against qualified-lead and cost-efficiency targets. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution across major advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta. You will also rebuild an evolving acquisition program, bring new channels from zero to one, and establish measurement frameworks before scaling investment.

Working within a small, high-ownership Growth team, you will influence major business decisions through rigorous analysis rather than team size. This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity with significant visibility and a direct connection between your decisions and business growth.
