At Naturium, we make skincare that works. Clinically effective, accessible, and unapologetically for everyone. Tik Tok Shop is one of our fastest‑growing commerce channels, and the engine behind it is our community of creators and affiliates. We're looking for a Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Manager to nurture and grow that community.

This role is about moving beyond transactional social commerce and building lasting relationships. You'll concentrate on L3+ Tik Tok Shop creators, our top‑tier and VIP affiliates, and work closely with the Naturium Community and Creator team to connect affiliate strategy to our broader creator ecosystem. You'll be KPI'd on building the community: growing active affiliate counts, deepening relationships, and turning the network into predictable, growing GMV while fostering the Naturium brand love.

While Tik Tok Shop is the primary focus, we want someone who can identify new opportunities as social commerce shifts and push what creators and content can contribute across the full funnel. That includes expanding to emerging affiliate platforms to diversify revenue and leveraging creator content well beyond Tik Tok Shop to fuel UGC, paid social, and broader media performance.

You'll partner with the media team on scaling GMV Max efficiently, bringing the creative and community insight at every step.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial and self‑directed, with a business mindset. You'll have the freedom to chart your own course and build something from the ground up, working cross‑collaboratively across teams to make it happen.

• Build and scale Naturium's Tik Tok Shop affiliate network from outreach through activation, retention, and re‑engagement. This is the core KPI of the role.
• Concentrate on L3+ creators, our top‑tier and VIP affiliates. Build direct, personal relationships with priority talent through proactive, credible outreach.
• Develop a differentiated VIP experience for top performers: exclusive product access, early launch visibility, education, incentives, experiences, and community moments.
• Build clear pathways that move affiliates from recruitment to activation to growth, with measurable tiers and progress tracking.
• Recognize emerging affiliate talent early and nurture their growth regardless of seller level.
• Foster the creator community through in‑person events, webinars, and active daily communications via Lark, Discord, and the Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Center.
