The (USA) Manager, Creative will sit on the brand and seasonal creative account management team, stewarding processes for full funnel campaigns and large-scale brand efforts.
 
You should be self-motivated and solutions oriented, have “big picture” thinking and the ability to inspire the team to exceed Partner expectations while expertly managing campaigns and projects.  

Must be able to handle heavy project volume and multiple stakeholders at any one time. Must be conversant in assessing creative briefs and communicating strategy to the creative team. The ideal candidate will successfully navigate the demands of business, creative/brand, and technology to elevate Walmart creative.

Serves as the strategic business lead to Retail Marketing Partners (“client’s”), understanding their products, objectives and challenges.

Drives accountability of Partner’s business and marketing objectives to inform integrated campaign solutions that generate results.

Partner with creative, strategy and production partners to solve business problems through creativity and drive operational excellence for best-in-class execution.

Oversees integrated campaign workflow, timings and process along with project management to ensure milestones are set and met.

Oversees 360 full funnel campaign development and execution, including but not limited to Video, Digital, Social, Audio, Signage and Site. Represents the WC in meetings and facilitates operations within the broader marketing organization. What you'll bring:

The ability to combine business, communication, and creative strategy to drive effective creative platforms and campaigns. Strong and persuasive communicator who is simple, clear, and compelling no matter the audience. Leader mindset that brings out the best in people, fosters ambition and team morale. Action-oriented, prepared and unafraid to take charge. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or other relevant field.
5-8 years-experience as agnecy Account Director or Management Supervisor or similar role.

Experience in campaigns and integrated production in an advertising agency or brand side setting.

Understands account management fundamentals, can identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources.
