Job Description:
This position will support our Marketing Operations team as a Summer Intern from May 2027 – August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:- Design and develop product marketing collateral, customer-facing materials, and sample programs that support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and develop solutions that drive adoption of marketing resources.
- Assist in evaluating trade show investments, attendee engagement strategies, and supporting promotional materials to maximize return on marketing spend.
- Review, organize, and audit the company's digital asset library to improve data quality, searchability, and user experience.
- Create internal communications and enablement materials that help sales teams effectively utilize marketing assets, collateral, and sample programs.
- Support the development of targeted sample kits and merchandising solutions based on regional market needs, customer segments, and product availability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams.
- Build professional relationships and gain exposure to marketing strategies, processes, and technologies within a leading building products company.
- Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced marketing professionals and business leaders across the organization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2027 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
