As our Marketing Manager, Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Programs, you will help bring that story to life. You will develop the narratives, content strategies, and thought leadership programs that position Siemens as a trusted industry leader, engage target audiences, and support business growth through impactful market education and awareness initiatives.
DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, organized, and results-driven individual to lead and elevate our content strategy, market awareness and education, and thought leadership program. This role serves as the strategic leader for content strategy, thought leadership, and market education programs, partnering closely with specialists across demand generation, digital marketing, communications, creative, and brand functions.
This high-visibility role will be responsible for developing compelling narratives, differentiated messaging, and strategic content programs that strengthen Siemens' market position and industry influence. You will partner with senior business leaders, subject matter experts, and communications teams to shape the narratives that define Siemens' position in the market and elevate the visibility of our expertise across key industries.
The ideal candidate thrives working across the organization and continuously improving how Siemens positions its solutions, expertise, and perspective in the marketplace. They will be passionate about reputation, value-led marketing, thought leadership, and contributing to a collaborative team.
This position is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive content strategies and market education programs that drive awareness, engagement, and business impact.
You'll Make an Impact ByOwn and build the global content strategy and provide differentiated messaging for organizational awareness, while validating, socializing, and deploying overarching narratives in alignment with communications and creative leaders to ensure cohesion within broader Siemens positioning.
Thought LeadershipLead the development of thought leadership programs that elevate Siemens experts, shape industry conversations, and establish Siemens as a trusted authority in intelligent asset management and connected operations. Partner with communications, business leaders, and subject matter experts to align messaging, content strategy, and awareness initiatives that strengthen credibility and support larger Siemens corporate themes.
Vertical GTM Content AlignmentEnsure all marketing content is strategically aligned with specific vertical market go-to-market strategies, tailoring messaging and assets to resonate with target audiences in key industries.
