You are a highly motivated, culture-obsessed marketer with a genuine interest in social media and the influencer industry. You are the logistical backbone that brings robust influencer marketing strategies to life. You pride yourself on your exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts. You act as an effective communicator, capable of fostering strong relationships with creators while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and deliverables.

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of paid influencer programs and coordinate campaigns across digital and social media channels. You will be responsible for sourcing high-impact talent, managing influencer inquiries, tracking campaign performance, and handling administrative tasks. Since this is a fully remote role, you will be expected to work independently to optimize workflows and maintain our growing influencer network database.

• Identify and reach out to influencers, match them with client needs, and support them throughout campaigns.
• Coordinate social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage the logistical execution of campaigns by monitoring progress, deadlines, and influencer deliverables.
• Manage and grow the influencer and blogger network database.
• Handle administrative tasks such as new vendor forms, payment tracking, and processing invoices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to gather key insights for the internal strategy teams.

• 1-2 years of full-time experience (or equivalent internship experience) in PR, marketing, or influencer relations.
• Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to build effective influencer relationships.
• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• The ability to multitask and work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year for client needs, events, or campaign-related activities.
