We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a global AI-powered influencer marketing platform working with leading consumer brands, particularly across fashion, beauty, and e-commerce
.
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients
- Support brands with influencer/KOL campaign planning and execution
- Work with KOL discovery, creator selection, and campaign management
- Monitor and analyse social media and influencer performance data
- Evaluate campaign results and turn data into actionable insights
- Help clients maximise the value of an AI-powered influencer marketing platform
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other internal teams
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in the live streaming, social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy
- Hands-on experience with KOL/influencer management
- Experience managing social media channels or influencer campaigns
- Understanding of social media analytics, campaign performance tracking, and digital marketing data
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Based in the United States and fully authorised to work in the U.S.
Experience working with marketing/social media agencies or consumer brands such as fashion, beauty, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
