Our client is looking for a skilled and innovative Digital Communications Specialist to join their team, working entirely remotely. This position is key to developing and executing the company's online presence and digital communication strategies. You will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging digital content, and analyzing website and social media performance to optimize outreach. This role requires a self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work environment, possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and is passionate about building online communities and driving engagement for our client.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company's presence across various social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging digital content, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive online messaging and campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Digital Communications Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design/video editing.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fully remote setting.
