- Bring a deep understanding of the British news, business, media, technology and cultural landscape, spotting opportunities early and knowing when Condé Nast should lead a conversation, join one or stay out of it
- Maintain strong relationships with influential journalists and editors across national, business, trade, broadcast and cultural media
- Lead communications through sensitive and high-profile issues, providing clear counsel to senior leaders and coordinating responses across functions and markets
- Work closely with editorial, commercial, consumer marketing, people and other teams to turn business priorities into compelling external narratives
- Write and oversee sharp, high-quality communications materials, from messaging and executive briefs to announcements, Q&As and statements
- Help shape how Condé Nast communicates globally, bringing ideas, judgment and lessons from the U.K. market to the wider communications organisation
