Americans Communications Coordinator

This position is intended to be primarily remote, however it may be required to report to the listed address at the discretion of the supervisor and based on business need.

This position is term-limited and is currently expected to expire on June 30, 2028. The applicant selected for this position will be required to sign a waiver of retention rights.

The salary range for this posting is:

• HOURLY: $28.59 - $39.38
• BIWEEKLY: $2,286.92 - $3,150.14
• MONTHLY: $4,955.00 - $6,825.30

This position serves as ONA’s implementation lead for all communications produced by ONA. This position will also serve as the liaison with the Office of Government, Policy & Public Relations (GPPR) at the Department. This position will recommend and develop a brand identity for ONA as well as communicate data, success stories, increase public awareness of ONA’s services and of New Americans, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create and promote accurate and engaging content.

This position also supports the External Relations Manager, and ONA Director as needed in completing executive requests to support the Executive Director’s Office, the Governor, the legislature, or state peers, and must be comfortable in presenting complex information in concise written and graphical form.
