Position Title:

Social Content Lead

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Content Lead to drive organic and paid social content for a growing portfolio of skincare brands. This role will own social content calendars, develop engaging short-form videos, create compelling visual assets, and transform influencer content into high-performing paid social campaigns. Working closely with brand, creative, regulatory, and agency partners, you'll bring fresh ideas to life while using performance insights to continuously refine content strategy.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, trend-savvy content creator who can independently concept, shoot, and edit social content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to take ownership of creative execution while helping shape the future of growing consumer brands.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 / Year, DOE +10% bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• Own and manage organic social content calendars across multiple skincare brands, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms
• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and other relevant social channels
• Design compelling graphics, static posts, and carousels that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences
• Repurpose influencer and creator content into paid social assets while developing original creative concepts for advertising campaigns
• Monitor emerging social media trends, cultural moments and platform updates to identify opportunities for relevant, engaging content
• Collaborate with brand, creative, regulatory, paid media and agency partners to execute cohesive social campaigns and maintain brand consistency
• Analyze content performance, test new creative approaches, and leverage AI and emerging creative tools to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, creative production, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating personally created short-form videos, social media content, and visual assets
• Proven ability to independently concept, shoot, and edit high-quality video content from start to finish
• Proficiency with Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable content creation and editing tools
• Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and emerging social media trends, formats and audience behaviors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars, creative assets and competing priorities
• Creative, proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to move quickly, take ownership and contribute original ideas
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, although relevant professional experience will be considered
