Marketing Manager Hybrid model; remotely & on-site

Drive the marketing strategy by transforming products, capabilities and market insights into impactful campaigns, engaging digital content and powerful sales enablement materials that strengthen visibility, support commercial teams and accelerate business growth.

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Establish a reliable external communication cadence for SCM/USM, to support with social media strategy, content development, editorial planning, channel coordination, and execution across social platforms
• Convert proactive offers and product inputs into coordinated social media and email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate brand, compliance and management approvals and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout execution
• Enhance proactive-offer materials for social media and email marketing while preserving technical accuracy and commercial relevance
• Own marketing content planning and event-ready asset preparation for priority trade shows and customer events in close alignment with key stakeholders
• All other duties as assigned or required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Aviation Management or a related field required
• Master´s degree desirable
• 2-3 years of experience in Aviation and/or Aviation Maintenance
• Experience with Social Media Administration, e-mail marketing, CRM-enabled campaigns or digital analytics
• Fluency in English required
• German desirable
• MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) as user
• Ability to manage structured content calendars and KPI reporting
