Walmart Connect is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy to develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns that align with client marketing objectives. This role involves translating customer goals into actionable media strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing results using data-driven insights. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success and drive revenue growth. The Manager will also lead client onboarding, troubleshoot platform issues, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

About the team:
The Account Strategy team plays a vital role in delivering effective advertising campaigns by collaborating closely with Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations. The team supports campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting while applying expertise in media strategy, data analysis, and customer insights. Focused on professionalism, clear communication, and operational efficiency, team members work together to optimize advertising strategies and drive impactful results.

This collaborative environment fosters continuous improvement and innovation, contributing to business growth within Walmart Connect and ensuring successful campaign delivery aligned with organizational goals. What you'll do:

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing goals using Walmart Connect’s solutions.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet key performance indicators.

Apply media metrics and data analysis to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes across ad technology platforms.

Build joint business plans with clients leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.

Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.

Mentor team members and support continuous learning and process improvements.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.

Strong analytical skills with experience applying digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to optimize campaign performance.

Demonstrated ability to lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration across advertising technology platforms.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive campaign success.

Excellent client relationship management and consultative partnership skills.

Ability to forecast revenue and identify market trends using data and customer insights.

Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
