This role blends travel planning with marketing support. You’ll research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises and tours, help clients choose options based on their preferences and budget, prepare quotes and itineraries, coordinate with travel suppliers, and keep client records and correspondence organized throughout the booking process.

The employer wants strong written and verbal communication, good organization and time management, and comfort with basic computer tools like email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with social media is expected since you’ll help create and schedule travel-related content and support promotional campaigns. Prior tourism, hospitality, marketing or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

This is a flexible remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Candidates must be based in the United States.
