Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

As an intern you will support the team who look after all music releases for The Walt Disney Company – from soundtrack releases to major theatrical titles, as well as Disney+ series, the music from the theme parks and the Hollywood Records’ roster of artists. You will be part of the marketing team who support the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and working in collaboration with the market leads from across EMEA, licensees such as Universal Music, agencies, freelancers, and Disney colleagues based in the US.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and localisation of creative assets, leading eCRM (electronic Customer Relationship Management) initiatives and internal marketing campaigns, and contributing to playlist optimisation and marketing strategies. You’ll be expected to monitor weekly music charts and share relevant industry news and trends with the team to keep us informed and inspired. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative and PR support and occasionally assist across other initiatives such as concerts and licensing.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values; acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
