Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid working arrangements allowing remote working or working from one of the FUW’s offices as required. You will be required to travel across Wales for events.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
Contract: Full time, 35 hours

The role is responsible for delivering innovative and compliant marketing services that support the businesses objectives. Focusing on planning and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new customers, while maintaining existing customers. Strengthening the company brand across digital platforms and maintaining social media accounts. The role will also be responsible for supporting cross departmental activities, in particular the communications department.

The position will involve liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to maximise the impact made by campaigns, continuously analysing performance and feedback. This role’s work predominantly supports the Farmers’ Union of Wales, but there will also be the need to complete work that supports the company’s insurance businesses and Group activities . Therefore, the position is responsible for ensuring all work completed complies with FCA regulations and company policies where necessary.

• Experience of creating, directing, shooting and editing videos for commercial purposes.
• Knowledge of innovative and creative marketing techniques.
• Experience of leading marketing campaigns to drive business performance.
• Experience of website building, design and development.
• Experience of developing engaging content for digital channels and different audiences.
• Good organisation, presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut or similar.
• Experience and confidence in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
• Experience in developing, coordinating and realising marketing projects.
• Ability to create multimedia materials.
• Ability to plan work effectively and deliver project work to a strict deadline.
• Ability to identify relevant content opportunities and translate organisational objectives into engaging digital content.
• This role involves engaging with our teams across Wales therefore the ability to travel to these different locations is essential.
• Previous role based in a membership industry.
• Experience using digital analytics or performance data.
• Ability to speak and write in fluent Welsh.
