Position OverviewWe are seeking an outgoing and motivated Entry-Level Marketing Liaison to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing, outreach, or business development.
In this role, you will help build relationships with attorneys, healthcare providers, and referral partners throughout the Nashville area. You will visit local offices, share information about SynapseTBI's services, and support marketing efforts at our facility. Training and guidance will be provided. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable meeting new people and traveling locally.
Key Responsibilities- Visit local law firms, healthcare providers, and referral partners to introduce SynapseTBI's services
- Assist with building and maintaining relationships with referral partners
- Help distribute marketing materials and share information about our services
- Follow up with contacts and maintain regular communication
- Attend networking events, meetings, and community outreach activities
- Work designated days at the Nashville facility to assist with marketing initiatives and other needs
- Work with internal teams to support referral relationships and outreach efforts
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness of SynapseTBI in the Nashville area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new people
- Organized with good time-management and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Comfortable with local travel throughout the Nashville area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Experience in customer service, sales, or outreach is a plus
