About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead their online presence strategy, working remotely to support their operations in Kimberley . This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our client's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. You will create engaging content, monitor social channels, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In).

- Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and audience sentiment, responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance, generating regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to grow social media followings and engagement rates.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Experience in developing and executing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
