About the Role  Our client is looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join their fully remote marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will focus on driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities   Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) across various search engines.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research, ad group structuring, and bid management to maximize campaign performance.
Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing page strategies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in SEM and paid search advertising.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search efforts.
Requirements   Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or PPC Manager.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively in a remote setting.
