Marketing Manager; Remote​/WFH

We’re launching a new service that takes over digital marketing and branding for our clients, and we need someone to spearhead it. As Marketing Manager, you’ll build the service from the ground up: shaping the offering, developing brand and go-to-market strategies for client digital products, and driving user acquisition and growth. You’ll work closely with our development teams so that what we build and how we market it fit together.

This is a founding role with real ownership: you’ll define how the service works, what it offers, and how it grows.

• Define and package the marketing and branding service, including offerings, deliverables, and pricing inputs
• Develop brand positioning, messaging, and identity direction for client digital products
• Build go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new and existing products
• Plan and run user acquisition across channels (search, paid social, content, influencer, referral, partnerships, and store or platform optimization)
• Own growth targets such as sign-ups, activation, retention, and cost per acquisition
• Use user feedback, reviews, and usage data to guide campaigns and positioning
• Work with development teams so product, roadmap, and marketing stay aligned
• Build case studies, playbooks, and collateral to support the sales team
• Manage budgets, agencies, freelancers, and (as the team grows) direct reports
• Report on performance and recommend how to scale what works

Required

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, with proven experience in digital product marketing
• Track record of growing user acquisition and retention for digital products
• Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and performance marketing
• Strong brand strategy and storytelling skills
• Comfort with analytics and using data to make decisions
• Ability to build something from scratch and work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only)

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or B2B services environment
• Experience launching a new product, service, or business line
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Hub Spot, and mobile attribution platforms
• Understanding of UX and product development cycles
• Experience managing teams or external partners
• Experience working remotely

• Salary: SGD 4500 to 5500 per month, before CPF
