Position Summary
Praxis is looking for a Patient Marketing Manager to support relutrigine in our epilepsy portfolio. You lead the development and execution of our patient marketing strategy as we work to bring high-impact medicines to people living with complex CNS disorders.
You’ll take a lead role in shaping how we understand, engage, educate, and support patients and caregivers across the treatment journey for relutrigine. You will translate deep patient insight into strategies and experiences that are meaningful, differentiated, and actionable – working from market development through launch and beyond. You’ll build rather than inherit: identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities and leading cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver programs that make a measurable difference for patients and the business.
Success requires strategic leadership, independent judgment, and hands‑on execution. You’ll work closely across Commercial, Medical, Patient Advocacy, Market Access, Analytics, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, and external partners to align priorities, make informed tradeoffs, and drive delivery with a high degree of autonomy, while maintaining a relentless focus on the people we ultimately serve: patients and their families.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and advance the relutrigine patient strategy. Develop and execute insight-driven patient and caregiver marketing strategies across the disease and treatment journey, connecting patient needs to clear commercial objectives and measurable outcomes. Translate strategy into a prioritized marketing plan, with clear recommendations on audience focus, programs, and resource needs.
- Build for launch . Lead patient marketing launch work streams, including the development and execution of patient-facing launch campaigns, content, channels, and experiences, moving comfortably between strategy and execution. Establish milestones, manage dependencies, and address risks to ensure readiness and delivery of assigned launch priorities.
- Start with the patient. Develop a deep understanding of patient and caregiver behaviors, barriers, motivations, and unmet needs through market research, analytics, field insights, and cross-functional partnership . Partner with research and analytics teams to shape learning priorities and close critical insight gaps. Turn those insights into strategic choices, program priorities, and actionable recommendations.
- Design connected experiences . Lead the development of an integrated approach across the moments that matter—including disease education, branded communications, digital experiences, patient support, and emerging opportunities—rather than a collection of disconnected tactics. Align patient marketing programs with the broader brand strategy and partner across functions to ensure continuity across channels and touchpoints.
- Measure what matters. Define and take accountability for success measures, use data and experimentation to understand what is working, and rapidly evolve strategy and execution based on what we learn. Communicate performance, translate findings into investment recommendations, and identify opportunities to optimize or expand successful programs.
- Lead across boundaries . Lead patient marketing initiatives in close partnership with Patient Advocacy, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Analytics, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance, and other teams to create a cohesive patient experience . Build alignment, resolve competing priorities, and influence through clarity, credibility, and results rather than title. Provide direction and guidance to project teams and share best…
