This role is full time work from home but you must be based in central LA to attend shoots frequently.

Sitting within the Talent department at Amplify, the Talent Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing talent function. Working alongside Talent Managers, this role is actively involved in executing a variety of creator campaigns, brand partnerships, content productions, and events across the region.

The role collaborates closely with internal teams across the business, including Partnerships, Campaign Management, and Production—to help bring creator‑led campaigns to life. From managing creator communications and logistics to assisting with scouting and client updates, the Talent Coordinator ensures projects and partnerships run smoothly from end to end.

• Support Talent Managers in the execution of creator campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and day‑to‑day talent operations.
• Work closely with creators to coordinate campaign requirements, content deliverables, reporting, and project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for creators regarding campaign updates, deliverables, scheduling, and administrative requirements.
• Manage and execute gifting and product seeding logistics, including compiling creator send‑out lists, coordinating shipping details, and liaising with brands and partners.
• Provide ongoing support to creators and contribute to their growth and development by maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring a positive creator experience.
• Support creators during events, photoshoots, brand activations, and content productions, including capturing behind‑the‑scenes (BTS) content when required.
• Assist in identifying and scouting emerging creators, talent opportunities, and potential brand partnerships to support the growth of the Talent division.
• Monitor and stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and creator developments across You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch, and other emerging social media platforms.
• Identify inbound opportunities across Amplify's creator roster and assist in matching creators with relevant campaigns and partnership opportunities.
