Geo Marketing Specialist Cooley is seeking a Geo Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing and Client Development team.
About CooleyCooley is a global law firm with an expansive practice and more than 3,000 employees and partners worldwide.
We value and celebrate diverse perspectives and strive to create a workplace where every individual can thrive.
At the core of Cooley’s success is the exceptional talent and unwavering spirit of our people. We embrace individuality while fostering a ‘one-firm’ culture where collaboration and creativity thrive. Our people are the foundation of our success and the driving force behind everything we do.
Hybrid Schedule PhilosophyAs part of the Cooley culture, we recognize and appreciate the value of being together, in person, to build comradery with others in the office and to be a contributing member of the Cooley office.
However, we also appreciate the benefits and flexibility that come from remote working. As such, the default assumption for employees and partners is a hybrid schedule: some in-office presence and some work from home days absent certain essential in-office roles that require five (5) days/week in-office.

- Local Sponsorship Coordination: Execute the tactical requirements for market-based sponsor ships, including the delivery of brand assets, coordination of guest lists, and fulfillment of contractual benefits.
- Event Tech Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for market-specific event technology (e.g., Cvent, Ticket Manager), building registration sites and managing local ticket allocations.
- Market-Based Logistics: Coordinate venue sourcing, catering, A/V requirements, and on-site staffing for local market events and client hospitality moments.
- Data Integrity & Entry: Responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of local attendee data, ensuring all engagement metrics are captured and synced with the firm’s CRM.
- Hospitality Support: Provide logistical support for client hospitality activations, managing reservations, invitations, and premium gifting for local partner-led initiatives.
- Post-Event Coordination: Facilitate post-event administrative workflows, including attendee reconciliation, lead distribution to CD teams, and the execution of follow-up communications.
- Vendor & Venue Contact: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for local vendors and venues, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain and manage local office event assets (e.g., signage, collateral, and branded items), ensuring they are updated and available for market activations.
