Pet ! Director of Marketing

We are searching for our newest Director of Marketing to help drive our mission of helping pets live happier, healthier lives. All The Best Pet Care has eighteen retail stores and a 40-year history of making little miracles happen by offering the best in food, treats, toys and supplements to help animals thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for improving the lives of dogs and cats as well as possessing a strong history of successful omnichannel marketing campaigns. The Director of Marketing will lead our brand image across multiple channels to help drive customer traffic across our retail stores and online businesses through marketing communications, brand identity, creative direction, digital marketing, community outreach, and public relations.

This role is key to building customer loyalty, employee pride, and business growth while ensuring a consistent and distinctive All The Best experience across all channels. This is a highly productive, hands-on leadership role that requires creativity, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail  addition to a resumé, applicants must submit a professional portfolio showcasing their creative work to our recruitment team to be considered for this position.

A primary responsibility of this role is to drive customer traffic and sales across our retail stores and online businesses by developing effective marketing strategies and supporting promotions, campaigns, and programs that engage both new and existing customers.

The Director leads All The Best’s marketing communications, brand identity, creative direction, digital marketing, community outreach, and public relations, building customer loyalty, employee pride, and business growth while ensuring a consistent and distinctive All The Best experience across all channels. This is a highly productive, hands-on leadership role that requires creativity, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Director reports to the Co-CEOs and contributes to the company’s mission by fulfilling the following functions:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Growth Develop and implement marketing strategies with clear objectives, timelines, and budgets that support company goals and drive customer traffic, engagement, and sales

Identify opportunities to strengthen the All The Best brand and grow the business; recommend priorities and carry approved initiatives through execution and evaluation

Support the development and execution of promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives, ensuring they are effectively communicated in stores and across digital channels

Measure marketing effectiveness through customer engagement, acquisition and retention, website performance, sales impact, and return on investment; recommend adjustments based on results

Brand, Stores & Customer Experience Lead and consistently express All The Best’s brand identity, preserving its warmth, playfulness, high-quality retail presentation, and distinct personality

Support the marketing needs of All The Best’s 18 retail stores, Home Office, same-day delivery business, national e-commerce business, and other customer-facing channels

Maintain a consistent All The Best look and customer experience while developing creative solutions for stores that vary in size, layout, merchandising opportunities, and community
