The team develops and executes omnichannel advertising campaigns using Walmart Connect’s solutions to meet client marketing goals. They monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and media metrics, ensuring alignment with key indicators. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, they support campaign success and strategic planning. The team manages client onboarding, resolves integration challenges, and builds strong agency partnerships.

Focused on continuous improvement, they contribute to creative development and digital innovation while providing guidance and mentorship to enhance overall performance and drive business results. What you'll do:

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery to meet key performance indicators such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems to ensure seamless execution.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive campaign success and innovation.

Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and leadership.

Build joint business plans using forecasting tools and customer insights to support revenue growth.

Present campaign results and strategic guidance to clients and senior stakeholders.

Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media and advertising strategies.

Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign data analysis and performance optimization.

Ability to translate client marketing goals into actionable media plans using digital metrics.

Experience leading client onboarding and managing relationships with agencies and internal teams.

Proficiency in forecasting revenue and identifying market trends to support business growth.

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
