A leader in the event industry is hiring a Marketing and Sales Project Manager for a 3-month contract, part-time hours and fully remote.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, project management, or agency account leadership.
• Proven track record managing website updates, logo/brand guidelines, and sales collateral.
• Experience sourcing and managing external creative partners.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask effectively within tight timelines.

• Oversee updates to branding assets including logo standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage the website redesign process, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with external designers and agencies to execute design projects.
• Revise and update sales assets, including pitch decks and one-pagers.
• Develop and implement a strategic PR and thought leadership plan targeting 2027–2028.
