The team develops and executes omnichannel advertising campaigns using Walmart Connect’s solutions to achieve client marketing objectives. They monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and media metrics, ensuring alignment with key indicators. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, they support campaign success and strategic planning. The team manages client onboarding, resolves integration challenges, and builds strong agency partnerships.

Focused on continuous improvement, they contribute to creative development and digital innovation while providing guidance and mentorship to enhance overall performance and drive business results. What you'll do:

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.

Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization to meet key performance indicators.

Analyze campaign data applying media metrics to enhance effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding processes across advertising technologies.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success and alignment.

Build joint business plans with clients leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.

Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.

Strong proficiency in campaign management, including setup, monitoring, and optimization across digital advertising platforms.

Ability to analyze campaign data using key performance metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to drive actionable insights.

Skilled in building and presenting strategic recommendations and business plans to clients and senior leadership.

Expertise in leveraging customer insights and forecasting tools to support media strategy and revenue growth.

Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and analytics teams.
