Til Valhalla Project's growth depends on creative. Every ad that acquires a customer, every product launch that sells through, every email that re-engages a member starts with a business need - and only works if that need becomes the right asset, in the right format, at the right time. This role was created to make that happen faster and more effectively.
The Content Manager is the central connector between what the business needs and what actually gets made. Part brand manager, part producer, you'll work across paid media, e-commerce, CRM, and product teams to translate channel needs into clear briefs then partner with in-house creatives, UGC creators, influencers, and agencies deliver high-performing work on time and on brand.
This is a performance-based role. The goal is to create and curate high-ROI creative that drives growth and expands our ability to fund our mission and philanthropic efforts. The strongest content connects sales and mission into a single performance engine — because our mission scales when the content performs.
You’ll own the content calendar and library, reduce unnecessary revision cycles, and ensure the right creative is available when each channel needs it. AI fluency is a core expectation, with AI used to accelerate ideation, briefing, production, testing, analysis, and iteration.
Success isn’t measured by asset volume. It’s measured by whether the creative shows up on time, performs when it runs, and helps the business learn and improve faster.
