Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to support product education, retail engagement, and field marketing initiatives within an assigned territory. This role serves as a key connection between customers, retail partners, and internal teams by promoting products, gathering market feedback, and supporting brand growth through events and in-store activations.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. This position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

• Educate consumers, retail partners, and distributors through product demonstrations, trainings, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, grand openings, open houses, community events, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct educational training sessions for retail staff on products, programs, and brand initiatives.

• Maintain merchandising standards and marketing displays within assigned accounts.
• Ensure marketing materials are properly distributed and displayed.
• Manage inventory of promotional materials and branded assets.
• Travel throughout assigned territories to support retail and marketing initiatives.

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Gather customer and account feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

• Provide regular field reports and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Visit company offices as needed to deliver feedback, attend meetings, and collect marketing materials.
