Senior Marketing Associate (Growth Track) – Remote (Based in Singapore)

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to take full accountability for our Singapore market presence across digital channels (website, Shopee, and Lazada), managing performance media budgets, and leading our overall content and creative pipeline. Beyond digital channels, you will spearhead offline brand activations and strategic brand partnerships.

You will own Jazz Up Co ’s growth in Singapore, bringing strong commercial judgment, proactive problem-solving, and proven e-commerce experience. You will manage local sales channels and performance marketing budgets, lead the Singapore content pipeline, and build brand partnerships to drive profitable growth. The role also requires periodic coordination with our global team during US Eastern Time business hours.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Associate,

1. E-Commerce & Performance Marketing

Lead store campaigns, vouchers, marketplace ads, and day-to-day sales operations for marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada).
Oversee SG website experience, driving SEO and CRO optimizations.
Strategy and optimisation for Meta and Google ads.
Direct strategy and approvals for CRM/email and Whats App.
Lead overarching SG creative strategy and oversee the local content pipeline in Master Concepts Tracker (MCT).
Pull (Bi-weekly):
Adapt top US/CAN ad assets for SG.
Push (Monthly):
Supply local SG content to US/CAN teams.
Direct shoots with our marketing agency for Instagram; source and manage UGC creators to balance high-production and organic ad content.

3. Offline Expansion, Partnerships & Team Support

Source and execute pop-ups, events, exhibitions, and retail activations.
Lead pitch conversations, negotiations, and face-to-face meetings with prospective partners.
Guide, review, and approve paid, affiliate, and gifted creator proposals alongside our Marketing Assistant.

4+ years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on Singapore e-commerce (Shopee/Lazada and Shopify experience strongly preferred).
Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for diagnosing drop-offs, identifying market opportunities, and resolving operational hurdles independently.
Proven offline/field marketing experience in Singapore (event execution, partner pitching).
Strong analytical capability to diagnose funnel drop-offs and optimise CAC/ROAS
Comfortable working independently with flexibility for 1–2 late evening syncs per week with the US team (ET zone)
Comfortable to travel for on-location shoots within Singapore on a semi-monthly basis.
