This person willprovidethe senior account leadership thatinspiresthe rest of the teamtodevelop fluency across disciplines. They will counsel confidently across the full integrated mix.

Based in Seattle with regular in-person engagement with clients, this role leads the largest account team at the agency and reports directly to the President of Fight or Flight.

• Leadthe agency’s largest account teamand other strategic accounts and initiatives – setting the standard for integrated, cross – channel delivery.
• Serveas a seniorcounselorfor the client, building the kind of trust that only comes from consistent face time and follow through.
• Runanintegrated communications strategy that spans earned media, emergingdigitalchannels,and AIsearch –adapting the mix as the client’s needs shift.
• Buildcapabilityacross the account team.
• Partner closely with agency leadership torepresentthe client’s needs internally and torepresentthe agency’s point of view externally.
• Bring AI fluency into theday-to-daywork of the account, using it to sharpen strategy and speed up execution.

• 15 years of experience in communications, witha track recordofintegrated campaign success andclient leadership – , ideally with a large, complex account.
• Acareer path defined by adaptability– e.g., afoundation in earned media that has grown into strong digital marketing fluency.
• Overall fluency in the impact AI has had on communications strategy and execution.
• Experience working with global brands and leading multi-market teams.
• Comfortoperatingatseniorlevel: setting strategy,representing the agency to senior executives, and leading a large, multidisciplinary team.
• Enjoys and thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment that requires collaboration across a team distributed geographically and by discipline.
• The judgment to know when to advise and when to let the team execute, and the skill to build that fluency in others.
• Based in or willing torelocateto the Seattle area, with the flexibility to beon site withclientregularly.

Salary Range:
Starting at $180,000 USD annually andwe’reopen to discussing a higher offer for candidates with exceptional experience
