We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital conversion efforts and paid acquisition strategy. The role sits at the intersection of psychology, data science, and growth marketing. You will take full strategic and hands-on ownership of our multi-channel paid acquisition engine, with a sharp focus on Google Ads PPC and Paid Social (primarily Linked In) to drive high-quality B2B pipeline.
You will manage our website and transform it into a high-performing conversion engine. You will own the entire digital journey - from the first click on a paid ad to the moment a high-value enterprise prospect requests a demo.
- Map the user post-click experience: Uncovering and eradicating points of friction within our lead capture forms and demo booking flows.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Partner with web developers to guarantee lightning-fast site speed, seamless mobile design, and bulletproof tracking.
- Launch Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimise full-funnel Google Ads PPC, Linked In Ads, and B2B platforms like G2 and Capterra campaigns, continuously refining keyword bidding, match types, ad extensions, and account architecture to lower cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Optimise Ad Performance: Run relentless creative and copy tests to maximise conversion rates while lowering our Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
- Budget: Manage, pace, and forecast monthly media spend, shifting budgets dynamically toward the highest-performing channels based on real-time pipeline performance.
- Fix Funnel Leaks: Trace the entire journey from ad click to MQL and SAL, diagnosing drop-offs and smoothing the path to purchase.
- Lead Technical SEO: Ensure our site architecture, schema, and crawlability are perfectly optimised to dominate organic search rankings.
- Build out actionable dashboards that move beyond vanity engagement metrics to report directly on CAC, MQL-to-SAL conversion rates, and closed-won pipeline revenue.
- Act as the essential link between performance data and creative production, turning platform metrics into clear, actionable creative briefs for our design and marketing teams.
- Continuously cycle fresh assets into testing- evaluating various hooks, formats, and design variations to mitigate ad fatigue and scale winning concepts.
This role is based in our Wimbledon Park Head Office with a hybrid Wimbledon and home working pattern to be agreed with the Marketing Director. You must have the legal right to work in the UK (onboarding is subject to UK security checks)
