Manager- Tik Tok Shop Content; Urban Decay

• Content Strategy & Data Optimization:Own the Tik Tok content calendar for specific brand(s), leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize narratives, execute A/B testing, and analyze organic/commerce data via the Tik Tok Business Suite to maximize ROI.
• Content Innovation & Division Leadership
  :
  Drive brand content innovation (such as Content Flooding aligned with product priorities,live streaming, and webinar evolution). Analyze competitive trends across the category/categories to stay at the forefront of innovative storytelling.
  • Live streaming:propose strategic frame, TSP for affiliate, owned model, cadence, seasonality
  • Webinar Evolution
    : propose strategic frame, create best-in-class execution/brief model for brand, execute monthly + branded/seasonal webinars (approximately 1 per month)
• Tik Tok Shop Ecosystem & Execution:Drive full-funnel e-commerce performance by tracking KPIs (GMV, AOV, reach), partnering cross-functionally to support product launches, and building agile content banks.
• Creator Community & Agile Approvals:Partner to establish and brief the core creator/affiliate network. Support agile approvals for creators and content by educating brand teams, and translate performance metrics into executive-level insights.
• Hands-On Creative Production
  :
  Lead end-to-end short-form video production (scripting, filming, editing using mobile tools like Cap Cut and Adobe suites), forecasting audio/meme trends to deliver native-feeling content rapidly.
  • Best in class modeling
    :
    Lead by example by filming first partly Tik Tok content that models high quality storytelling and product education for the affiliate network to emulate (in partnership with Affiliate Manager)

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience with Tik Tok Shop
• Microsoft Office Suite
• In-office presence

• Beauty experience on Tik Tok Shop preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and organization

$90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
