• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share and profitability for key FMCG categories.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitive landscape assessments to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Manage the annual marketing budget for assigned brands, optimizing spend across various channels to achieve maximum ROI.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and external agencies, to ensure successful brand execution.
• Develop compelling marketing communications and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Monitor brand performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors, to drive brand visibility and sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and managing brand portfolios.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics in the FMCG space.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
